日本神話の「海幸山幸」には、古代より海と山との関連性が明らかにされていますが、近年の気候変動は海と山の環境を著しく変化させているため、海と山の信仰、人と自然との関わりを振り返りながら、自然の再生と循環型社会への実現に向けての提案を探ってゆきます。

両国代表者間で経験とプロジェクトを共有するための討論会。市民社会、とりわけ若者同士の交流は、安定かつ充実した二国間関係の基盤であると捉え、各国に見識のある人々の意見に耳を傾ける。

El Foro España-Japón es la gran cita anual de la diplomacia pública entre los dos países desde 1997. Un encuentro entre representantes de la sociedad civil y de la Administración de ambos países en torno a una agenda de cuestiones estratégicas para las relaciones bilaterales.
Participé Sesión III 2 de Diciembre 11:55 – 12:45 el papel de las sociedades civiles
Un coloquio entre representantes de ambos países para poner en común experiencias y proyectos. Queremos dar voz a personas que tienen un pie en cada país y escuchar lo que tienen que decir, con el convencimiento de que los intercambios entre sociedades civiles, y especialmente entre los jóvenes, son un cimiento básico para una relación bilateral estable y fructífera.

フェルディナンド・マゼランとフアン・セバスティアン・エルカノが世界一周の航海を果たしてから500年、この間の海の変化と現状を話し合うシンポジウムを開催します。 マゼランとエルカノによる史上初の世界一周は、文化的、商業的、言語的な交流ルートを超えて、人類がはじめて得た地球規模のビジョンです。それゆえに、わたしたちが共有する海が直面する問題を地球規模で考える必要があるのです。
このプログラムは、海洋科学の分野において第一線で従事するスペインと日本の科学者、識者を介し、世界的な海洋危機を具体化し、科学からの解決策を模索します。
本シンポジウムは、インスティトゥト・セルバンテス東京、スペイン大使館および日本スペイン科学者協会（ACEJ）との共催、CSICの支援とイベルドローラの協力を受けて開催されます。
登壇者:
二木あい：水族表現家、環境省「森里川海プロジェクト」海のアンバサダー。素潜りギネス世界新記録を2種目樹立。
原田尚美：日本海洋陸生科学技術研究所地球変動研究所チームリーダー
カルロッタ・エスクティア・ドッティ：南極の地質学的進化に関する研究で知られるスペインの地質学者
ホセ・アベル・フローレス：サラマンカ大学微化石海洋学教授、同大学日本文化センター所長
この他、スペイン海洋学者によるさまざまな研究プロジェクトが、ビデオで紹介されます。

En el marco de la Conmemoración del V Centenario de la expedición de la primera vuelta al mundo de Fernando de Magallanes y Juan Sebastián Elcano, el Instituto Cervantes de Tokio organiza junto a la Embajada de España y la Asociación de Científicos Españoles en Japón (ACEJ) con el apoyo del CSIC y el patrocinio de Iberdrola, un encuentro en Japón en el que conocer la situación de los océanos.
La idea de que la primera circunnavegación supuso la primera visión global de la tierra y cómo los océanos y mares pasaron de ser barreras para el conocimiento a ser rutas de intercambios culturales, comerciales y lingüísticos merece una revisión de los problemas globales de los mismos mares y océanos para contextualizar la emergencia global y para buscar soluciones desde la ciencia. Este programa pretende acercar a científicos españoles y japoneses que investigan en campos vinculados a las ciencias del mar en diferentes disciplinas.
La jornada contará con tres ponencias a cargo de:
Ai Futaki: Artista, apneísta y fotógrafa. Embajadora del mar del Ministerio de Medio Ambiente de Japón. Posee el récord mundial de Guinness en la categoría de buceo a pulmón libre “Nadar mayor distancia en una cueva submarina en apnea”.
Naomi Harada: Líder del equipo del Instituto para el Cambio Global de la Agencia Japonesa de Investigación en Ciencia y Tecnología Marina-Terrestre
Carlota Escutia Dotti: Geóloga española, conocida por su trabajo sobre la evolución geológica de la Antártida
José Abel Flores: Catedrático de Micropaleontología y Oceanografía de la Universidad de Salamanca y director del Centro Cultural Japonés de la misma universidad
Durante la jornada se presentarán en forma de vídeos grabados a tal efecto, diferentes proyectos de investigación desarrollados en buques oceanográficos españoles. La jornada concluirá con una mesa redonda.

Siguiendo las recomendaciones de las autoridades japonesas, el Instituto Cervantes, desde la reanudación de sus actividades, y de conformidad con estas

-Se ha aumentado la distancia entre usuarios para incrementar la seguridad.
-Se evitarán las actividades que impliquen proximidad física.
-A los visitantes se les toma la temperatura con una cámara térmica al entrar al edificio y todos ellos deben limpiarse las manos con el líquido desinfectante a su disposición en la recepción y en las otras plantas.
-Los visitantes y demás personal del centro deberán traer su propia mascarilla para utilizarla en situaciones de proximidad física.
-Se extremará la ventilación e higiene de las aulas e instalaciones del Instituto Cervantes.

宗像国際環境会議は、玄界灘の海水温度の上昇により沿岸部に広がる磯焼け、漂着ゴミ（マイクロプラスチック）の問題を中心に「海の鎮守の森」構想を掲げ、海の再生事業に取り組みながら、近年の急激な海の変化への提言や情報を国内外に発信するため、平成26年（2014年）に設立されました。

REVELA’T 2021 “Own universes”
Contemporary Analog Photography Festival at Vilassar de Dalt, Spain from September 18th till October 12th.
Ai Futaki’s exhibit (the size of 6,30m x 11,7m) outside the La Massa theater, Vilassar de Dalt.
The exhibitions are the heart and soul of the festival. As always there will be many and varied. From established photographers to young artists who have emerged from the call for entries, all of them of outstanding quality.
The exhibitions will be open daily from the 18th September to the 12th October. Monday to Friday from 10h to 21h, closed at lunchtime. Weekends they will be open uninterruptedly from 10h to 21h.
